B1031 preparation exercise "pack" to good to be a very trivial exercise. It is down about shoulder width apart and raises his hands to shoulder height. The palms are facing forward. Now open and close, loosen your hands into a fist - this one is as soon possible!

This exercise can then repeat at waist height and is noted because it is not better! :)
