Finally it's here, the warm season. The sports program can therefore be re-added to cycling. And I do too. My bike is called "mountain" and as for the mountain, I took advantage of it and deliver. Granted, the roads are not always rooted, rocky forest trails - no, my favorite tracks are small forest roads. You may also be partially paved, but should climb's all right. We are living in Upper Austria even in the fortunate position, in an environment where there are many more wonderful ways than one has time for cycling.

I like to ride right away from home, first downhill and then a short stretch of the Danube to warm up and you're going uphill towards Pöstlingberg, the mountain of Linz, on to Lichtenberg, and GIS.

Germany wins the World Cup 2010!

Like many others, I too am an avowed football fan. Above all, I drive 1978 world and European championships alone or with friends in front of the TV. As befits a "decent" Austrians to help first to own red-white-red team, and if this is (as so often) not qualified to all those teams against which Germany is playing! Experts speak of the so-called Cordoba effect !

In recent years, I have to tip the various rounds of the Germans either already in the first round or at least be eliminated in the second round. While hiking I can really relax and unwind well, gather strength. There are therefore at me over the summer, several mountain hikes in the program. In addition, in July before I have to walk the pilgrimage route from Linz to Mariazell.

Upper Austria has so many fine noodles. The combination of exercise in the fresh air on the one hand and relax and enjoy the beautiful landscape on the other hand, is for me a great recovery factor. Especially in Upper Austria, we are blessed with many opportunities, the hiking paradise in other words on our Door. And for a (migrant) day with your family and friends I'm really relaxed and I even get in stressful times, good to go for new ideas.

How to combine recreation and physical activity? You may have one or the other (migrant) tip for me? A new route, a hut tip, where there is to enjoy a great snack or a view? Let me know.
