That I perquisites enjoyable, you know already - I enjoy bike rides, the nature and the feeling of the mountain - the one is troublesome came up - look down. In yoga it's the feeling felt in its body that is so special and even strength training may be consumption. Namely, if you feel that you have claimed a muscle group to exhaustion.
But there are also the famous "dolce far niente", doing nothing! And also we need. For me, doing nothing was always best when I had done something before: quite the relaxing day at the lake or the pool after a sporting activity. But now I have learned that it also takes days on which you can treat the rest of the body. I can now and even with pleasure and without a guilty conscience! The next, or at latest the next day I again really does feel like killing and all much easier.
