At last the spring is at its best. With the warm weather not only increases the joy of life, but again the desire for healthy eating. Recently, I learn to cook for themselves and go for it love to shop at markets. The supply of fresh fruit and vegetables and fragrant herbs is just fine and even makes shopping feel like cooking. Especially the fresh herbs have it done to me and I've recently created a herb garden. I was surprised how easy and above all easy to do it. Parsley, chives and basil sprout in my garden now and therefore I always have a real vitamin bomb at the door. If you do not have a garden, then, these herbs can very easily pull on a windowsill. So you have this same hand while preparing the food. By the way, the harvesting of herbs is an art, I have been told. When can we pluck some basil leaves not individual, but always just cut a branch of the shoot tips with the larger leaves. Since then I am doing, the plant grows to always beautiful.
