Give every day a little holiday! For me sport is writ large on vacation. This summer I sit almost every day on the mountain. The movement in the beautiful mountains nature gives me, keeps me fit by the way, makes the mind free and allows new ideas bubbling up only pretending.

While I used to work usually by noon, my lunch break with a delicious and valuable food in a relaxed atmosphere has long been sacred. Again a bit of holiday.
