Betty Crocker Pumpkin Spice Mix

The Power of Internal Martial Arts and Chi by Bruce Frantzis

gravity reading this morning I put behind me. I ask to understand this is not wrong. It is a highly exciting and very profound book. That's what it makes, but at a heavy ham. First, the book is extensive in itself with 573 pages. On the other cuts to Bruce Frantzis in his book issues, which need time to digest them.

He looks at many aspects of image Taijiquan, Ba Gua Zhang Yijing. Unfortunately, only in theory, although very deep here, and for someone who is a beginner of internal arts is scarcely possible. I would have wished that he had told one or the other manual of practical exercises. But I think this is done deliberately, because with such instructions can not really be taught something. For such detailed, inner exercises it needs a sound teacher.

Another aspect of the heavy reading, the writing style. He is fluent and understandable in the superficial. If, however, pick out the essence of what is written, it is very difficult.

sum up a great book which I will certainly read it again and have to do to to get more access. But It is in my eyes heavy going
