This year had so much to provide negative:
earthquake in Haiti, an airplane crash in Poland, in the Gulf of Mexico, an oil platform sinks and the exiting crude oil polluted the sea for months and the coast of the U.S., debt collapse in Greece and Ireland, serious unrest in Thailand, 21 dead and 500 wounded at the Love Parade in Duisburg, Moscow suffocated in the smoke of nearby forest fires and in Pakistan, India and Nigeria are raging heavy floods, toxic sludge in Hungary, 400 dead in a stampede in Cambodia.
But there were bright spots:
Christoph Waltz wins the Oscar for best supporting actor in Inglourious Basterds, in April, is crippled by the ash cloud of the Icelandic volcano Eyafjalla the air traffic in most of Europe and there were days when we saw not a single (!!!) contrails in the sky, in Chile was buried the 33 miners are free to protest in Stuttgart 100 000 against the station project Stuttgart21, Red Bull makes Sebastian beggars the Formula 1 world champion and Wikileaks has many backgrounds to light and the U.S. diplomatic declaration of emergency.
And there were personal highlights:
a successful 1st STATEMENT BIATHLON in January and the new edition of EOP in July. Projects such as the Internet website of the CLICCAUSTIRA , the HOTEL ALTE POST in Gastein, or of the GREEN TREE in Zell am See. The assessment, by my participants in my work as a coach in the WIFI s in Salzburg, Tyrol and Upper Austria. The professional cooperation with BLUE CHIP , CONECTO, KOHL & PARTNERS and many others!
But is there are two more special this year: For a trip across the USA I have opened my eyes in many areas, so since then I try where possible to avoid plastic in my life. I also hope that soon my involvement in www.help4selfhelp.com Bear fruit, because what brings me my professional and private success if I can not share it with others.
