The right mix of action and relax for a relaxing leisure

That I perquisites enjoyable, you know already - I enjoy bike rides, the nature and the feeling of the mountain - the one is troublesome came up - look down. When running's is primarily the air you can feel as intense - if a breath of fresh air in winter snow or even if you "smell" the first time the summer. In yoga it's the feeling felt in its body that is so special and even strength training may be consumption. Namely, if you feel that you have claimed a muscle group to exhaustion.


But there are also the famous "dolce far niente", doing nothing! And also we need. For me, doing nothing was always best when I had done something before: quite the relaxing day at the lake or the pool after a sporting activity. But now I have learned that it also takes days on which you can treat the rest of the body. I can now and even with pleasure and without a guilty conscience! The next, or at latest the next day I again really does feel like killing and all much easier.
