Like many others, I too am an avowed football fan. Above all, I drive 1978 world and European championships alone or with friends in front of the TV. As befits a "decent" Austrians to help first to own red-white-red team, and if this is (as so often) not qualified to all those teams against which Germany is playing! Experts speak of the so-called Cordoba effect !
In recent years, I have to tip the various rounds of the Germans either already in the first round or at least be eliminated in the second round. But the Piefgonen have managed time and again the final (2008 , 2002) or at least semi-finals (2006 away). Especially 2002 and 2008, completely unjustified. I've always tipped against them.
This year I set my tactics to complete and type in our beloved North enemy simply to World Cup 2010 - the same time I am creating their very big fan if they are, then I just say ... habs eh I said from the beginning and I have not annoyed. Well, and if they do not succeed, then - even then - I'm even more :-)>> Experts are talking about placebo-Soccer!
