If you want the moment in the sun, has been flying further away. And then there is a small complication in the fitness program to help: the love jet lag. If it's only one or two hours time difference, it's no problem. But then who is to Example in the U.S. is behind is, between six and nine hours, it must consider something.

When I ran a year ago the New York Marathon am, I have asked my trainer what is best, set two weeks earlier away and slow it, or very shortly before that the body has not yet changed ? The expert advice from the trainer and my experience has shown from the time that the second version is better. Runners who have been a few days in the new time zone, have less physically fit felt like we were just a few hours in New York. What has incidentally been found as a non-problem was the weather change. First Zero temperatures in Austria and then almost 20 degrees in New York - but that has endured at least my body quite easily.
